About me...

My name is Sharon and my passion with complementary therapy started many years ago when I experienced my very first reflexology treatment.

Jump forward 8 years and I finally started my career in this field.

In 2010 I became a fully qualified and insured complementary therapist with 15 years of experience.

For the past ten years, I have had the privilege of serving as a complementary therapist in a hospice setting. This role has been both challenging and profoundly rewarding, allowing me to provide comfort and support to individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Through this work, I've gained invaluable experience in holistic techniques, emotional support, and the delicate balance of physical and spiritual care.

My time in palliative care has taught me the importance of compassion, active listening, and tailoring therapeutic approaches to each individual's unique needs. I've worked alongside medical professionals, integrating complementary therapies with conventional treatments to enhance quality of life for those facing life-limiting illnesses.

My goal is to continue making a positive impact, just in a different setting. I have now decided to reach out and offer my skills to the wider community. The techniques and insights I've developed in palliative care can be immensely beneficial to people in various stages of life, dealing with a range of physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges.
